Elia Portou Rooms

The location has its ups and downs. It's central, you are literarly in the middle of the action in Chania. It's clean and the room size is just perfect. I booked in advance a taxi at 6 am to go to the airport. And the hotel staff made sure everything to go smooth with the taxi booking. I really appreciated it

Usually I don't write reviews but I was very happy staying with Elia. Great location, lovely service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, clean and the location is very central but peaceful. I managed to forget my wallet and cellphone in a friends car but the people at the reception helped with getting it back to me. The people at the Elia Zampeliou reception are lovely. Generally I think if you have an issue with anything, just talk to the people at the reception and they will 100% help you. (Also recommend Elia Estia where I stayed for a week.) Thank you!

Location is very good - everything is just near by - restaurants, shops, things to visit, beach is also not far away. We enjoy breakfast very much - it was very delicious and ladys who take care about breakfast are realy very nice.

The rooms are located just next to the old walls into the old town. It is mostly a very quiet area, and we loved the location, since it's close to everywhere you need to be! The room is cute, decently sized and comfortable. Breakfast (which is done in a separate Elia hotel) is amazing! One of the very best I've had.
